1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to this platform. These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and the platform. By accessing, registering, or using any services on this website, you indicate that you have read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of these terms. If you are a minor, you should use this service under the guidance of your guardian and ensure that you have obtained the guardian's consent.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using this service immediately. Continued use of this service constitutes your acceptance of these terms and your willingness to be bound by them. These terms may be revised at any time, and the revised terms will take effect from the date of publication.

2. Definitions

In these terms, unless the context otherwise indicates: "Platform" refers to the operating entity that provides this service; "User" refers to a natural person or organization that registers an account or accesses this service; "Service" refers to AI model API calls, billing, promotional rewards, and all functions displayed on the site provided by the platform; "Quota" refers to the virtual billing unit obtained by users through recharge or rewards to consume platform services; "Credentials" refers to usernames, passwords, API Tokens, and other information used for identity authentication.

3. Account Registration and Security

You need to provide true, accurate, and complete information to complete registration, and update it in a timely manner when the information changes. You are responsible for all activities under your account, including but not limited to API calls, recharges, redemption code usage, promotional operations, etc.

You must keep your account credentials safe and must not transfer, lend, or share your account with others. You shall bear the losses caused by your active disclosure of credentials, account sharing, or insufficient device security. If you believe your account has been compromised or credentials have been leaked, you should notify the platform immediately. The platform has the right to freeze, restrict, or cancel the relevant account after verification.

The information submitted during registration must not violate laws and regulations or contain infringing, misleading, or offensive content. The platform has the right to reject registration applications that do not meet the requirements or cancel violating accounts that have been created. Each user may only register one account; duplicate registrations may be merged or canceled.

4. Service Description

Services provided by the platform include but are not limited to: AI model API calls, usage statistics and analysis, recharge and billing, promotional rebates and rewards, redemption code functions, ticket support, and other functions displayed on the site or added subsequently. Specific functions, available models, and billing methods may be adjusted at any time according to operational needs, subject to actual platform display and account records.

The AI model capabilities provided by the platform come from third-party suppliers. Model capabilities, availability, response speed, output quality, and pricing may change due to suppliers, configurations, loads, or maintenance arrangements. The platform makes no express or implied guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, or applicability of model outputs. You should judge the availability of model outputs yourself and bear the risk of use.

The platform may add, adjust, or take offline specific functions, models, or services from time to time. Such adjustments do not constitute a breach of contract to users. The platform will try to inform important changes in advance through appropriate means.

5. Usage Guidelines

When using this service, you should comply with relevant laws and regulations and must not use this service to engage in the following behaviors:

• Engaging in illegal and criminal activities, or submitting illegal, infringing, fraudulent, harassing, harmful, or inflammatory content;
• Attacking, interfering with, or destroying the systems, networks, or services of the platform or other users;
• Bypassing or attempting to bypass the platform's access control, rate limiting, authentication mechanisms, or security protection;
• Abusing resources, including but not limited to bulk spam requests, concurrency beyond a reasonable range, and automated crawling;
• Other behaviors that may damage the legitimate rights and interests of the platform, other users, or third parties.

The platform has the right to identify, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts for the above behaviors, and the quotas of related accounts will not be refunded. For severe violations, the platform reserves the right to pursue legal responsibilities.

You must ensure that you have the legal right to use and process all content submitted via the API interface. You bear full responsibility for the content submitted and the resulting outputs.

6. Recharge and Quota

Users can obtain quotas through recharge. Quotas are only used to consume this platform's services, do not have monetary attributes, and do not support withdrawal, transfer, or exchange for fiat currency (except for the commission usage function explicitly allowed by the platform's promotional rewards). Once a recharge is completed, it is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise provided by law.

Quota consumption is calculated according to the billing rules published by the platform. Billing rules may be adjusted; after adjustment, new requests will be billed according to the new rules, and existing quotas will not be affected. You should pay attention to changes in billing rules in a timely manner.

Recharge or consumption errors caused by abnormal reasons such as system failures or duplicate deductions should be reported to the platform in a timely manner. The platform will correct them after verification. Errors caused by your own reasons (such as incorrect recharge amount input) may be assisted by the platform, but recovery is not guaranteed.

For accounts that have not been used for a long time, the platform may take management measures on their quotas according to operational needs, including but not limited to reminders, consumption restrictions, or processing according to platform rules. Specific rules are subject to background announcement.

7. Promotion and Rewards

The platform may provide functions such as promotional rebates, redemption codes, and commission usage. Specific rules are subject to actual platform display. After users invite new users to register through promotional links and meet the corresponding conditions, they may receive rebates or rewards. Rebate policies, proportions, terms, qualification conditions, etc. may be adjusted at any time according to the platform's operational situation, subject to actual implementation, without further notice.

The following behaviors are considered promotional fraud, and the platform has the right to cancel rewards, freeze related rights, or ban accounts:

• Inviting oneself, including registering through multiple accounts mutually;
• Using technical means to simulate registration, recharge, or other condition fulfillment;
• Obtaining involuntary registration or consumption through inducement, fraud, etc.;
• Other improper behaviors aimed at obtaining rewards by deception.

Promoter ratings, commission usage, and other functions are subject to the platform's operational strategies. The platform reserves the right to adjust rules, qualifications, and proportions at any time. The promotional function does not constitute an employment or agency relationship between the platform and users.

8. Redemption Codes

The platform may issue redemption codes, through which users can obtain quotas or other rights. Redemption codes have usage periods and status restrictions, and expired or used codes cannot be restored. Quotas obtained through redemption codes are also subject to the provisions of these terms regarding quotas.

Redemption codes must not be sold, traded, or transferred separately, except for codes generated by users themselves through the platform's promotional function. The platform is not responsible for compensation if the redemption code is leaked or used by others due to your own reasons.

9. Service Changes and Interruptions

The platform may temporarily interrupt, adjust, or terminate part or all of the services due to system maintenance, function upgrades, security incidents, supplier adjustments, changes in laws and regulations, or force majeure. The platform will try to inform important changes in advance through site announcements or other appropriate means, but it does not guarantee that advance notice can always be given.

The platform will try to reduce user losses within the scope permitted by law for service interruptions, data loss, or business impacts caused by the above reasons, but will not bear additional compensation responsibilities. The platform does not guarantee the continuity, timeliness, security, or accuracy of the services.

10. Intellectual Property

The platform interface design, copywriting, code, system architecture, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property rights are owned by the platform or its rights holders. Without written authorization, you must not copy, modify, disseminate, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the platform's intellectual property.

The intellectual property rights of the model output content returned through the API service shall be executed in accordance with the policies of the respective model supplier. You should understand and comply with the relevant supplier's terms of use yourself. You retain the corresponding rights to the input content submitted through the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

You should verify the model output content yourself and take full responsibility for the results of its use. The services provided by the platform are based on "as is" and "as available" bases, and there is no guarantee that the services will fully meet your needs or be free of defects.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is not liable for the following losses: indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of revenue, data loss, business interruption, or other similar losses. The platform's total liability for compensation arising from your use or inability to use the service shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by you to the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold the platform harmless from any claims, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these terms, abuse of services, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the relevant laws and regulations of the jurisdiction where the platform operates. Disputes arising from these terms or the use of this service should be resolved through friendly negotiation first; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with a court with jurisdiction in the place where the platform operates.

13. Terms Update

We may update these terms at any time according to business development, legal requirements, or operational needs. The updated terms will take effect from the date of publication, and you can view the latest version on the platform at any time. Continued use of this service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using this service. For major changes, the platform will inform you through site announcements, login prompts, or other appropriate means.
