• Other Necessary Partner Services: other partners that may be introduced as the service evolves.

We share relevant information with third parties only to the extent necessary to deliver the corresponding feature, and the scope of sharing does not exceed the minimum required to provide that feature. Third-party service providers process relevant information in accordance with their own terms of service and privacy policies. We require third-party service providers to reasonably protect your information in accordance with applicable law.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Log Records

To safeguard platform security, troubleshoot issues, and improve the service, the system may record certain operational information. This information is primarily used for:

• Recording key administrative operations for permission audits and traceability;
• Recording important user operations for transaction reconciliation and dispute resolution;
• Recording service invocation information for billing and usage statistics;

Logs do not contain plaintext sensitive information. The retention period for log information is reasonably determined by the platform based on security audit and operational needs; upon expiration, logs will be automatically deleted or anonymized and will no longer be associated with your identity.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for a reasonable period necessary to achieve the purposes of the service. The retention period depends on the type of information and applicable legal requirements:

• Account information: retained for as long as the account exists. After you cancel or delete your account, some data will be anonymized or deleted within a reasonable period;

You can view and update your personal information through account settings, or contact the administrator to request handling of your account information. Account deletion requests will be reasonably processed after identity verification, except for records that laws and regulations require to be retained.

We may extend the retention period of information in the following circumstances: where retention is required by laws or regulations; where necessary for resolving disputes or investigating violations; or where necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform or third parties.

7. Session Management

The platform uses sessions to maintain your login status and basic functionality. Session information is used only for identity authentication and service operations, and is not used for third-party advertising tracking or user profiling. By using the platform, you agree to the necessary processing of session information. You can manage session information by logging out or clearing your browser data, although this may affect the normal use of certain features.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
